★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst lenskart stores .. useless staff .. .i bought 1 specks .. nd after 6 mnths of using .. the color of specks faded nd blu cut coating got scraches ...worst quality...nd also one glass came out of frame .and i visited
their store .. for repair..they refused to fix it on time .. as it was rocket science to fix it on frame .. they were giving 3-5 days to fix it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous quality . And cold staff. I spent 4000 rupees for Vincent Chase frames. But since buying one side glass falls off frequently and no improvement even after 3rd repair from brand store!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frame and quality was good staff behaviour was also good but they don't tell price of the product my parents was not educated they vist them to expensive frame counter that was not good really bad m really upset. Why u do this ????????? Its ur duty to tell price of each frame they see. I feel sorry for the guy who is talking to me on call and the girl they talk nicely but their fault was that they don't tell price ohhh god

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. No eye testing facility. Staff making excuses about "system down" and not sure when their system will work. Didn't even bother to tell me when i can come next. I would have bought a new pair of glasses, since I know my power has changed. But why will I buy glasses from them if they aren't ready to check my eyes? Totally business oriented not customer friendly at all.
