★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is my first and last visit to any lenskart shop, very humiliating experience.
I entered to shop at sharp 6:45PM, and i was told that shop is closed, however there were already 10 to 12 customers inside the shop testing the specs and none of the asked to leave the store except me.
Also in this listing store timing is clearly metioned from 11:00Am to 9:00pm.

Staff not bothered to pay heed on the query raised by Customer. After getting the confirmation about the Offer, we visited nearest store with a senior citizen only to know about, offers are not applicable here.
Any reason or explanation - staff not aware as well as don't want to question this.I will never visit this store for my lifetime for sure
