★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience at this place, the staff was friendly and amiable. (Amit, Ajit and Sakshi) specifically. Very friendly with college students, and new commers to this vicinity are welcomed really well. They also help with finding the perfect glasses according to your face cut.

I had lengthy discussion and questions put to miss saher and mr Amit and they were able to give appropriate answer as quickly as possible. therefore I decided to purchase from lenskart. First time I got this experience in an eye ware outlet l... Even in any lenskart I have not seen this proactively support ... Lovely guys ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No social distancing is being followed. Yet they only allow 2 shoppers at a time, due to limited staff. You are not even allow to enter the store to watch frames and have to wait on the road till your turn. No coupon system or online booking slots. What is the point of having a such a small offline store with no staff ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today it was my second time bad experience at Lenskart vile parle East Agrawal market branch, and as per my opinion there is some issue with this branch people. They don’t know how to treat their customer. I am sharing below 2 recent incidents.
1) Today (20th Feb 2022) I visited vile parle east branch because I need to buy new specs. As soon as I entered the store, store person suddenly raised his voice and said, " there are lots of people in the store so wait outside" (for your reference I have shown store person face in uploaded image in red color box), this behavior was rude and unprofessional. Instead of raising his voice in front of everyone, he could have approached us with polite tone and convey same message. Store is least bothered to solve customer problem. If you don’t trust my word, you may visit this branch and experience humiliation and insult at this branch.
2) Before 6 months I visited this branch because I wanted to buy contact lenses. I visited late in evening 15 minutes before store closing time. Branch person has enough time to check my number and provide me with contact lenses, but he chose not to. He asked me to re-visit branch to purchase contact lenses. Since it was quite urgent, I went to next local shop and bought contact lenses within 10 minutes. This was my first bad experience with lensekart.
Now I think it was my bad decision to buy gold membership + visit lensekart vile parle east Agrawal market branch. Please provide some training to this stupid + unprofessional staff of this branch.
