The broker -She Stays in that building-she is just Money hogger as how the brokers are naturally and with useless neighbours specifically top floor guys, they are renovating their house but it seems like making palace, the renovation work is going on and on and on.... Since 3 months too much of drilling and carpentry noise but nobody can stop them as they are oldest owners.
Every time the society is under construction as well as the best place to experience Noise Pollution!
Conclusion- Working people can not sustain there but retarded people can!

This was one of the most prestigious projects by Marathe Builders. It has a tower complex along with other smaller buildings and its located at close proximity to Uran Phata and Seawoods Station.
