★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience with them. They don't even deserve a single star as they took more cash promising loading and unloading and didn't do any of those. The goods were delivered with damage too.Never opt for this. Worst service ever.

I had booked door to door delivery for my bike from Bangalore to Trivandrum. During the initial conversation by verbal & through whatsapp the pickup location and delivery address was clearly mentioned and the rate was fixed. Pickup was taken from the said Bangalore address, whereas for delivery it was informed
1) to pay additional amount to deliver in home address as given initially.
2)while talking to concerned personnel in bangalore, Mr.Ashik (said as manger of the Company) was blindly stating that delivery to Trivandrum warehouse was itself door to door delivery
3) after a lot of conversation with this person he agreed that the given address is in outskirt of city limit so the delivery would be of additional charge. When it was asked what was the city limit for the company it was said 20km. As such I requested to deliver it to that limit and I shall pick it from there as it was hardly 5km from there to my home.
4)Even the same was not possible to be delivered as confirmed by the same person and was said for door to door delivery it was the responsibility of the customer to check whether the delivery address is within the city limit or not.
