★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They recently hired a CEO from UK. Actually, this so called CEO was a marketing executive in one of Lepide competitor company. This man has no vision and is trying to screw all employees with his poor managerial skills.
He recently ordered to fire lots of veteran employees (except directors relatives) who made Lepide as a brand in global market & represented as leader in IT sector. Approx more than 100 employees has been fired recently with no clue. Few more has left the company due to hire & fire policy. Now, this man is convincing their old colleagues from his former company to join Lepide, occupy the space & fill the gap. Those veteran guys who always served their best, feels like they have been cheated now with several newly articulated wrong policies.
There is no work & life balance due to lots of work pressure. Now when lots of employees has been left the company, the team managers(especially in SEO marketing team) force & ask the remain employees to sit in office late hours and manage the works to cover the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company of my career I have ever worked with. Illiterate peoples and relatives are leading there. If you're a relative, you can survive there happily as you will get a handsome salary without doing anything there. If you get an offer from there, refuse it straightaway else you will gonna spoil your career.
