★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are Very much disappointed due to Worst attitude towards residents after sale & Unprofessional behaviour of builder and their staff. Doesn’t even care to listen to the problems of residents. Every month there is new problem created by builder and thretening us for disconnecting water supply and other amminities. Even after more than 4 years of completion no official handover of amenities and club house to residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a flat in 37B - Leverage Geen.
Very unprofessional and pathetic level of service by the Builder.
No parking space has been alloted since the handover of flat, there have been false promises and timelines provided have never kept.
We are still waiting for the alloted parking space and our ongoing wait continues for a resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no proper arrangement for vehicle parking. There is no system for allotment of closed parking provided on GF of apartment. Shed parking provided by builder out side of apartments is of very substandard quality, roof sheet has started blowing off, it is very small and rear side of vehicle is projected out of shed. Shed is just for name sake and made after OC. Now they don't listen any complaints. Be careful while booking house/flat
