★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is amazing. They are great at figuring out your fit and are helpful in the process of figuring out the best pair of jeans for you. They do not oversell which is the best part and go above and beyond in ensuring you get your pair of jeans. I could not find the right colour in the fit I liked but they ade sure I got it from the online store if not their store..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collection is good.. But I am appalled with the attitude. When they want to sell, everyone is sweet, but delivery time, the true colors come out. I purchased two pairs of jeans, I was told it will take 2 days for alteration. The next day, Since I was passing the store, thought will check if it is ready... The tone and language was so pathetic, I thought for a second if I came at the right place. I called on fourth day and I was told its not ready to which I demanded that I want my denims as I was traveling the next day. Evening when I called up, I was told its ready.. And I am sorry to say they never altered, they gave me the piece as it is.. Though I love the brand, but I will think twice to go or recommend anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although Levi's is a trusted brand, this store in particular had very limited collection. Their merchandise placement is so bad, stuff was kept under the table and the sales person didn't even allow us to see the items stating only lasts pieces are kept there. He only pushed all highly priced products and was constantly intruding while we were trying to find the right jeans that we like.
Nevertheless, I would personally not visit the store and prefer to shop online since I didn't even get to checkout complete collection that was available, the salesman totally ruined my experience by being overly intrusive and proved to be of zero help. He was rude and ill mannered, wasn't expecting this from a brand like Levi's. Disappointed.

Bought a Jeans from the store and they sent it for length alteration. Upon collecting the jeans, we noticed there was a defect near the knees (some sharp object had pierced and the threads came out). Hence we said the salesperson that we are not satisfied taking some damaged jeans (which costed Rs. 4500+). they talked to owner/ manager and said that they would give a new piece to us and since alteration was needed, they said to collect it the next. We went next day to collect it and they had covered and sealed it in plastic cover and gave to us. We thought they were extra cautious this time so took the packet and left. I had to leave out of country the next day and upon arriving here, I opened the packet and Voila!!!! they had just passed the old jeans!! So dissappointed with this decept. Never imagined some branded store to cheat the customers! Really disappointed.
