★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will highly recommend this company. I am Arvind from Pune. I had started complete renovation of my apartment in February 2020, before lock down due to COVID-19. We liked the design and finish of the tiles and we selected and purchased the tiles made by “Levinza Ceramic Pvt. Ltd “from the local tiles store. Our work was stopped due to lock down for quite some time. Some time back when the tiling work of the bathroom was half way through, my contractor realized that he has made an error in calculation and is short of few boxes of the tiles. (I fail to understand why he did not confirm beforehand that he has enough quantity to finish the job.) The contractor rushed to the local store and was told that the particular design is discontinued and those tiles will not be available. We have liked the finish and design of the tiles and hence removing the tiles and replacing them with different design was not a solution.
With this back ground, I contacted the Manufacturer- Levinza Ceramic Pvt. Ltd in Morvi, Gujarat. He was very supportive and told me to contact his Agent in Pune to find out if the agent has some tiles in his stock. Unfortunately tiles were not in stock.
To help me out, they specially manufactured a batch of these tiles for me, even though the quantity required by me was only 8 boxes. Not only that they even went out of the way to arrange the transport of these tiles. I know that making a batch of only few boxes is a costly and the company did it so only to satisfy it’s even a small customer like me. I highly appreciate the efforts this company has taken. I highly recommend this company.
