★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service technician made two visits, charged ₹500 twice. Opened the washing machine, said that the main board is defective, said it needed replacement. Never got the repair or followed up, technician never called back. Now, after two months of no follow up, the third call is charged ₹649, more than the previous visit. Contacted LG costumer support & complained on this service center. Hope I'll get the issue resolved without getting robbed.
For others who booked a repair request, u should AVOID "RAJAMAHENDRA ELECTRONICS" & contact support to allot a different service center.
