★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently we buy a 5 star 1.5 ton split Ac of LG from the store and believe me seriously the product is that much worse that after 3 hours at 16°C you'll realize that the AC was on , I don't know what is the issue and everytime you go to the store they'll try to console you and you can also observe that the owner was getting complaints from everywhere. It's seriously hard for me to believe that much named brand LG 5 star AC is just doing nothing in my room. I think that would be much easier for me to burn all my cash that i spend on that AC.

They did not provide the full cost break-up earlier and then they think they can charge the customer more after that and then they tell you that you should have asked for the total price. When one is selling a product to a customer its the sellers responsibility to inform all the cost prior to making a deal. They kept on adding additional prices which were not approved upon earlier as misc charges, and this is what makes this shop unique. Moreover, They do not treat their customers well. It might seem that Customer relation and satisfaction does not matter to them. BE CAUTIOUS

Buying LG products from Pradeep ji has always been a breeze. The entire team at this showroom is very customer friendly. They not only make you well versed with the product features before you buy, but also help you choose the product that would suit you best. And that’s what really matters...
Post sales service has also been a matter of pride. There have been occasions when we would get help out of working hours, on holidays etc.
Never ever till date the team at Anil Electronics, on Sikandra Bodla road have scored less than 100% to our satisfaction!
Would really appreciate their efforts of truly delivering the best quality of pre-post sales environment...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fraud dealer who only talks nice on face. He adds unwarranted expenditures to your bill that were clearly not a part of when the product was agreed upon. There is a review by Sarthak Vats which is aptly what I faced. I also bought an AC and discussed all about the overhead charges beforehand, intentionally and very clearly so that I don't have to face the same fate as Mr. Sarthak. But I guess the seller has already mastered his art of deceiving people.
I can never understand what gratification does looting customers of mere 500-1000Rs. give you. You really need to be honest and far sighted.
While arguing over phone, the shopkeeper asked me to complain to LG if I wanted to, well I'm doing that as well.
