My experience was not very good here, we wanted to buy an washing machine of which he quoted as very competitive price, lower than rest of other showrooms in Laxmi nagar. So we cancelled and our request at other shops and went ahead to close this deal but then he replied that "he doesn't have this model currently in stock", when we expressed our anger then he sent us back with a claim that he'll arrange it in 2 days. Then when we called him after receiving no call back, he simply refused that he can not arrange it at all. Case closed from their end.
Absolutely not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving one star as I was being forced into buying the old LG OLED CX 2020 model as opposed to the 2021 model called C1, I was being told repeatedly that there is no difference between the two, so why am I not buying the old 2020 model instead of the new one. If the customer doesn't have a problem in paying extra for the latest model, it's not right to pester them like this in order to get rid of your old stock.

Recently, we moved to a new house, so bought a few appliances. We visited LG Laxmi Nagar store to check out split ACs, just to compare the prices and also see if there were more options available.
To our (pleasure) surprise, the overall experience was so great that we ended up buying all our appliances from the same store.
We purchased 3 split ACs, one 8kg front load washing machine, fridge and solo microwave. Everything from pre-sale to post-sale was perfect. Even their technicians, on-field team is great.
The AC installation stayed till 11 in the night to finish their job the same day, even though we insisted for them to leave as it was late. Such commitment is a rare sight these days!
SPECIAL MENTION - Mr. Azeem at the store. One of the best sales person we have come across (and we visited a lot of branded stores for different products during the renovation period). He made everything so simple and smooth for us. Absolutely prompt, professional and committed.
There was an issue with one product, which was handled quite professionally by their team.
I would definitely recommend this store to everyone looking for LG products in East Delhi.
