Overall a very positive experience. The prices can not be compared to online prices. There is always a delta of 2-3K as compared to online but they provide 1 year insurance so it is understandable.

The sales person was extremely helpful and pointed us to a model which suited our needs instead of the high end one. He also explained to us about the cashback offer and was very helpful in general. Also got a great deal on exchange of our existing fridge . The delivery was prompt and the delivery folks were helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

They were very proactive for the delivery and installation part. It got delivered the same day and the store was proactively following up on installation.

Giving 4 star because initially a cash back was offered even on two types of card, both cc and DC. Later during payment we were told the offer is for cc only. So the cash back benefit which was explained actually did not happen.
Otherwise all fine.
