★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is not professional. He sells same thing at different prices depending upon the person. Nowadays he is charging more as most other shops are closed due to lock down. An opportunistic businessman who can not be relied.

I just finalised a deal for window AC on phone and communicated details on whatsapp. The owner, Sunil, was prompt in replying unambiguously. I dropped the deal when I came to know that he gave preferred prices to my neighbor but didn't offer me same even though I insisted a lot.
However I can't deny that he is well behaved and professional. I would certainly buy from him if opportunity arises in future.
PS: He only speaks sweet but doesn't deliver. You keep on waiting believing what he speaks but deal never happens. Don't waste your time.
