★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop can’t be trusted as they do Fraud with people. we live in Zirakpur and went there to purchase a Carrier AC which was available on this shop only on VIP Road. They told us that we will get a fresh piece of the ac not the unit in display. We paid for the delivery charges and paid the full amount, left the store. They promised to get it installed in 24 hrs but that didn’t happen.
As soon as we opened the ac remote in front of installation guys, we found scratch on remote and checked the unit. To our surprise the unit we got was same which they had on display in shop. When called on given number first they didn’t agree and later on admitted that this unit was not a fresh. They never exchanged the unit on requesting thousands of time, and offered to go on lower price model + old model on the amount we paid. These guys are purely fraud, you can’t trust them a bit, worst experience. If you want to purchase any electronic items, try to find another shop as these guys are cheats.
