★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know if this is the right branch that's dealing with my current issue and I don't really care to be honest. It applies to LG in Goa as a whole.
Our refrigerator (not even three years old yet), recently shut down. We promptly called the store from which we purchased At first I was satisfied since they set a technician on the same day that we called them, but he said they needed a part to replace the compressor (which has a warranty of 10 years by the way).
Well, it's been two weeks now and the ordering of the part is still "in progress." We've had to practically order in everyday since we can't keep meats and cheese in the house, and as you can guess it's expensive to keep doing that.
Why don't they have the parts ready with them? This surely isn't the first time someone's had a faulty compressor. It isn't something you'd expect from a company this big. Disappointing.
