★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst product. I purchased backplus 3yrs back for 5k. Now its not working i visitd service cntr. They we cant accept this as warranty is expired i told u take whatever the service charge and parts amount they said they wont repair out of warranty product. I asked them atleast give me the address who repairs it they said they dont have any service cntr who rwpairs it. Just a waste of money if it is out of warranty then throw it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i visited the location was under renovation and there was only 1 person attending all visitors. However, Seagate did it well and i got my drive in 3 days. Recommend to singup online on Accel to make it fast on the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so i went here to replace my Seagate hard disk.. they were really focused on the work.. they told me to make an account (instructions were printed there on how to) after that they took the hard disk.. gave me the invoice..i even got a replacement hdd in 3 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once you get a customer regn no. Then don't need to create job order etc. That will be done by them. Only minus point is one had to visit to give the faulty drive . Return, replacement etc is done by them through blue dart. V. Efficient. Although I was told 7 working days. I got the replacement in 4 days delivered at my res. Two thumbs up !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's easily locatable. It isn't the place where the actual repairing happens. It just collects the hard drive from the customer. As soon as we go, the enquiry person will ask you to get a customer ID from their web portal. We thought the web portal was a shady website to collect info since it isn't an extension of the Seagate website. But it seems it's okay to generate a customer ID there since it doesn't take much info of the customer.
