I wouldn’t even rate it by 1 star
It’s just fooling the clients
Attending person came to repair my refrigerator jst took the service charges and went away telling that he would change d damaged part n do d servicing together the next day
Bt no one taking the call after that nor did he cum
Only once someone received the call at the centre and told shall send another person but no feed back after that
So it was a TERIFFIC and PATHETIC expercience overall and not at all recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pathetic experience with the service. booked for a refrigerator servicing and the technician can hardly be called a technician, no knowledge at all, he rather made the fridge condition worse. While trying to contact the centre, the booking person denied to take any complaint and shifted to few other numbers. The other numbers as found in the bill kept ringing for 2 days and only once it was picked up by a person. The moment the person heard that my call is regarding complaint on service, he hangs on the phone and never picked up.
Worst service centre ever. They are not authorised by LG, not even franchisee, there are no such proof of authenticity in their bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience! This branch of LG Service centre of Gholsapur is a fraud. They send fake people just to grab good amount of money and to provide temporary service of just 2weeks of repairmen of LG appliances. Donot try ever again. Stay away from frauds like these.
