I have lost my two valuable days because of their lame reasons (different reasons) eg.coming at 9am,5, 9pm etc. And now they have said that they will come tomorrow 9 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious showroom which offers a good display space for LG electronic products like ACs, Refrigerators, TVs, Washing machines, Music systems and coolers. Being exclusive LG dealers they offer a better choice and competitive rates. The showroom is located near the ICICI bank and easy to spot from a moving vehicle. Mr Manish was helpful and efficient with his customer service. A recommended stop to make if you are in the market for LG products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just ordered an lg 50 inches smart TV and at that time they told they would give the delivery within 2 days and the installation in 48hrs after the delivery and now it's now 3 days after delivery and when I called them they told now it take 8-10 days.

I requested more than 10 times that I need a refrigerator today and need delivery on the same day and will pay by visiting to show room by 4.30pm or by online. They still stick to their aged old process as pay by 3pm then chances of delivery on the same day else next day. Not sure when we will learn how to gain customers satisfaction by delivering as per customer need and not by their convenience
