More than anything else, I felt the staff was well versed with the product. They gave me the best offer with exchange, discounts, extended warranty and special offers. Once purchased, delivery was done ON TIME. The same day I got a call from LG for a demo and that too happened as planned. Like the overall experience, will definitely consider purchasing more items from here. I am glad that we have an LG store that can offer such good service in Vasai-Virar. Well done.

The staff person-Talib and others too were very resourceful, patient, polite and logical in all information shared related to the product, the offers available and the best deal for the customer. It made the purchase experience smooth and gave clarity towards making the right choice. I'm grateful for the right staff employed and the smooth experience to make this purchase of LG fridge. The product was delivered in good shape and the delivery people also were polite and helpful. Delivery next day on time. Had great savings on this purchase, it beats the website deals.
After sales service assured for this product and also for any of my friends and family circle who have purchased LG product, from other providers, can avail customer service offered by this shop. Just need to call the shop and they would provide the required technical assistance. So no need to go hunting for service centers ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using it from last 15 days...... 55 inch TV has an amazing Clear picture quality, Dolby Atmos sound give us theatre feeling, Connection via Bluetooth & wifi is superb...
Trusting on LG product made my money worth of spending on it...
Magic remote is much better of LG than another company....viewing angle 180 deg good...people who are looking for other option should go with this product...
