★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales person was offended when we asked for a final rate of water purifier but did not buy. Such sales ppl must be trained or removed. I will never purchase anything from this store as long as such strange ppl are working in this store. He seems to be more interested in impressing customers with his sales pitch rather than selling the products. He has that irritating “puneri” accent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased Refrigerator and washing machine from here. And an year later purchased AC for which I had worst experience. He literally shouted at me for not falling for his extended 2yrs service warranty for AC. Humiliating customer and worst after sales experience.

On the time of showing products he committed 2 yrs full warranty on products, but after delivery he denied to give 2 yrs warranty. Dont trust on this Airoli store, they are making customer fool. I am requesting LG company to look into matter and take a strong action against this sales person. Also read the all reviews posted by other customers froud lg store. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One rating is also too much for them if I really want to rate I would rate it zero. It has always been a disappointing visit. They really don't care about their customer. If the customer is leaving they are happy with that. The tone and body language is really not presentable. And that is the reason people prefer buying it from local vendors rather than buying from them because customers won't appreciate and prefer getting insulted every now and then. LG really needs to look into this for their reputation.
