★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No. Of steps to climb to enter the showroom which is of difficult for elders and for the people with knee joint pains and handicapped people.
Response of sales men is good and looks knowledgeable with products. Prices seems to slightly on higher side, may negotiable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ****ng staff and management I have ever seen and experienced. They just want the item to be purchased and get the item out if the showroom, for that they can do any fake promises. I just bought AC and it been 36hrs and still no installation happened and when I went for questioning, staff were very rough on me. And coming about the manager Sanjeev Reddy, same as the staff all fake promises. If u want to buy any item from this store get ready to face some fake promises and rough handling of customers after purchasing the goods...
