★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our dishwasher had 5 yrs warranty. After warranty period ended we spent Rs. 12,000 in next year on Repair. These time they took it for the Repair, but didn’t actually worked on the fault and charged us Rs. 6,000. After calling several times they delivered our dishwasher and we found out that it actually started with other problems rather working properly. Again callinh for 1 week continuously, they still havn’t provided us Service in repairing the dishwasher faults and also took money from us.
It is the worst company with Services on the product we buy from them. Not worth to deal with them or buy any LG product henceforth.
I wouldn’t recommend LG for buying any of the products and for the kind of delay they do by avoiding for providing their services to the customers.
