★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst parlour i ever visited. My bad i cant give any minus ratings.
The main Prachi mam is really very rude, not at all well mannered lady. I went to meet her for bridal makeup and I just asked her about the makeup and hairstyle she would do. She started lecturing me on the topics like:
- i cant deny any hairstyle because i am not a hairstylist.
- they dont even give trial so she said you dont get a trial before marrying someone or having babies then how would i give you a makeup trial ?
- when i asked few questions, she said that if you are havig soo many questions about your wedding day, you will look the worst bride ever.
- she even said that she wont allow anybody to come inside the makeup room
- i had to change my clothes during my wedding function, so she said you live in which century that you still believe in such traditions. Duh my wedding, my choice, she is no one to tell me such stuff. She even said that its not her guarantee that i will look good in my bridal outfit because she would have done my makeup and hairstyle according to panetar i was going to wear
And fyi Mrs. Prachi, i was the best bride ever. ? and i was so satisfied with my makeup and hairstyle at some other parlour.
Thanks for letting me know your true colors before my D day or else i would have regretted my whole life for getting ready at lhb.
I went to some other parlour and did not even bother for the advance payment(rs.3000) i did at lhb.
I would suggest all the bride to bes' not to opt for lhb or else you will regret this for your whole life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all taking off my shoes outside the salon was highly offensive and unhygienic to walk around there where all kinds of people would be coming. I am not entering a religious spot or somebody's house.
Second, the lady at the reception didn't seem to respond well as she was busy watching kapil sharma show on her phone.
While getting a facial done, lack of hygiene also the staff kept on chatting with each other which was quite disturbing. Lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is inefficient and the owner is very rude and arrogant. 500 rs were missing from my purse so beware of that. Ata that time another women also had complaint of missing some 2000 rs there.I went there alone in skin care section as they didnt allow anyone with us.The girl who was doing my facial seemed in hurry. Massage on back was not done. It was incomplete after paying 2120/- .Another girl attended me in last moment. Eyebrows were plucked very roughly ..no delicacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s very clear that Prachi only became a makeup artist because she’s so ugly, inside and out! Very rude and insensitive, has an arrogant attitude for no reason! Very over the top ridiculous cakes makeup for a very high amount (I’d never recommend and I hope it closes down soon)
