★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars, I would've give it, the fact that they give wrong books to their customers then say its not our fault, and saying we don't know the books and we don't care and returning or exchanging books is not our policy is just so obnoxious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place.Never go to this shop.The shop owner is extremely rude and shameless.He sold me 2 books for Rs 575 and did not give me the bill and later on when I went to exchange the books he said he had sold the books for Rs. 450.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will sell you old books as new every chance they get. This has happened to me 4 times. Also, if they don't have a textbook, they will sell you a lab manual or guide or just about anything they can, saying that it is the textbook itself. A parent/friend usually does not notice this if not accompanied by the child for whom the book is. This has happened twice.
Then when you go to exchange it the next day, they won't refund the difference. They refuse to admit they do it on purpose, and feign ignorance everytime. You lose money, and end up making two trips for the same thing.
Politeness falls on deaf ears, and going here is just unnecessarily stressful. I'd recommend the Delta store on the other side of the metro station, which is a much better experience for a customer.
TL;DR: Avoid going here. If you must, check for stamp on first few pages and scribbles on every page before you buy a book -- those are signs of it being second-hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid going here, they sold books at MRP and on other shop like Prince Book shop gives 20% to 30% discount on MRP.
Politeness falls on deaf ears, and going here is just unnecessarily stressful. I'd recommend the "Prince Book and Stationery" just before Libra Book, which is a much better experience for a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever ! I wish I read the reviews before buying my books from here. They sold me old-used books, did not give a bill, charged extra, gave books which had blank pages. When tried to follow up on these issues, they were extremely ignorant and lied everytime. They try their best to cheat you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst place to buy books. they sold me quantum which looks old and also 9 pages are teared up and when next day i visit the place to change that book he denied and said that this book is not from our store and told me to give extra 30 rupees exchange that . please dont visit that place .
