The seats get full by 10 am..
Co operative reading room
Self driven ..maintained by 2 in charges each room.
Appropriate for studying...ppl sit here for 5 to 10 hours..
They have a common washroom..moderately clean outside..no drinking water facility, so carry 1 yourselves.
Overall silent place to sit and study ignoring medieval chaos by school opposite between school break hours.
