★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes work delay. Main problem of work delayed due to Saturday Off now by Govt notification. Govt employees already pending work and work slow. Now 5 days working of LIC is not sufficient for employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anu Malik ( Sr. Assistant) is the one, who is not enjoying her work. She check the documents and point one mistake at a time, when the person complete the requirment she then tell other requirment. She never tell all in one go. Either ahe doesn't know the work or might be she is not enjoying her work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Itr filings of past 3 yrs were asked at the time of revival of on going policy ,just to get rid of work and talk with each other ,after getting the itr , nobody was interested in looking at it or submitting it
How bad these employees are ,I will never get a new insurance policy neither from govt company nor from private

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few Staff was busy on their phone, few were chatting with each other, customers were waiting for staff attention so that their queries could be addressed. Little attention to customers or other words customers not on priority list because staff gets paid by Govt.
