★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with team. I decided to take a loan for my house construction in LIC HFL. I had submitted all my documents but first cheque was released after a lot of follow up. Team is not even answering the calls for second cheque onwards. I have been trying to contact from Nov 18th onwards and till didn't get proper response to get second cheque. They feel like they are donating their money to you and not even bother to respond. I took wrong decision to take loan from LIC HFL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst rules better to privatise the lic ,pls don’t take loans in lic,After fixed interest period they are not changing to floating (floating:around 8.3, fixed presently they are charging like personnel loan :11.25)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. No one answers phones. The agent will keep in full touch until your loan is processed. After that no one cares to respond. Regret opting this for home loan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are terrible. For each and everything, you have to go to the branch from where you take the loan. Nothing works online. Nobody takes phone calls. All processes take ages. If interest rate increases, they promptly raise the interest on loan. But, when Repo rate decreases, they do not do it till you go the branch and submit request in writing with a fee. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees doesn’t have concern on customers, they have given date to collect my house docs bt keep us wait for longer hours. They didn’t try to get the docs until we ask them , they collect n keep aside. Utterly no professionalism. No words more than this about this ,hope mgt will e see the reviews and serve better to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management of LICHFL Visakhapatnam is absolutely poor. They don't even pick up phone calls. I was asking about my original documents and the response was like we will check and let us know.
They don't even pick up the LANDLINE call.
Now a days everyone is using mobile. They didn't even post the mobile number of the office.
Thos is an absolute disappointment by a loyal customer who has paid the loan (generally high interest rate of 12% which is again vey high compare to other banks and home loan sectors)
Conclusion: Dont take loan from LICHFL. I request other customers
