★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, always in favor of the builders. When rate of interest is increased the effect starts immediately and when the interest goes low they never reduce the interest. I am trying to transfer the loan to SBI. LICHFL is being a big cheater and all it's associates and frauds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked asritha homes bangalore in 2016 by taking loan from this branch. Even now builders didn't complete the project. Builder is partenered with this bank by giving bribe to branch manager . Because of this poor people paying interest while staying in rented house.
This branch is very very lenient in disbursement of loan . Site engineer won't even visit for flat construction progress. They will force' customer to release money to builder. Ravi rao and mohan are working closely with builder . This branch won't check any rera, bescom, sewage water board approval for releasing loan . Beware of this fraudulent home loan .

Please do not go with LIC HFL for housing lone ever. I hv written mail in jan-2020, no reply. Inspite of Govt Indias advice not pay EMIs during Lockdown, they pass ecs, without asking their customer. Every reputed financer & banker send msg to respective customer to take their consens as YES/NO (in the msg) no such msgs from LIF-HFL.
Rather than supporting their customer, they support builder/promoter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service , they will issue loan to customers very fast without background verification of builders. Now interest rate is 9.2. please don't go with lic. Instead go with hdfc or sbi they have 8.2 percentage interst rate.
Moreover Ravi rao is most corrupt person as he always favours to builder side to release money. They don't come to home for collecting document . You have to follow up every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service, especially agent Mr.Reddappa who never pics calls. This agent and some managers are fixed with land dealers and delays the loan and keeps on post poning the approval.
I don't know what is their expectation. Due to these corrupt people, middle class family members will suffer to get loan from these types of organisations.
We applied loan in the month of January 2020, but they kept on postponing by giving one or the other reasons but in the month September we tried with the same document in other bank, we got loan approval within 3 days. You can see
Worst people with worst service at this LICHFL Eva mall branch.
Think twice before you go to this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute apathy towards customers once the loan has been sanctioned. there is no way you can reach out to them over email/phone as phone will never get picked and email will not be responded. Have tried all methods and looks like they are still living in 19th century where they expect customers to visit office for each and every request. Never go with LIC for Housing loan if you want peace of mind.
The loan rate also not decreased at all. My last EMI was in July 2021 and ROI remained 9.5 while other banks were offering loan at 7%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.. Pathetic customer service...completely mis managed, uncultured and unprofessional behaviour. They torture you to the core in the name of policy and process. Just to sanction a top up loan of 7lakhs, they took 3 months. They keep asking documents after documents and you will be left with no option than providing.. I would not recommend LIC HFL. Please don't fall into their trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service even at the office. Employees will pick up the call until you take a loan. Once the loan is taken then they won't even pick/respond to your call. Such a worst institution and pathetic employees.
Managers of lic hfl : please know the things happening around you and take disciplinary action on them. Do not make people suffer
