★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Satpal, the proprietor is very good at selling loans to you. He makes grand promises of getting the loan disbursement done within 7 days. But, he would loose all interest in your file as soon as he gets the documents. After sales service is ZERO. Not only that, his attitude and way of talking also changes once you have given him all the documents and stuck with him.
I would NOT recommend him at all. Better look for some other agent who respects the customer and not only the money that he brings.
