★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are buying a house and going for LICHFL loan then please do not buy the house. They are living in another world. Other banks have better customer experience and customer can do most of the thinks online. LICHFL change interest rate to 11.45% without any intimation and one has to visit and pay them again to reduce this rate. Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. No response on phone and front desk ppls needs to be educated. No values given to existing customer. Bank server are down just to extend the days and charge more interest. Fees are charged for every document eg LoD , foreclosure and documents handover .

They don't need customers, but customers will have to beg them to do some work. They will test anyone's patience. No service. Worst place to get your home loan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few years ago when I took the loan this was the worst place possible. I was tortured by the guy who processed the loan. He was not just utterly unprofessional but also a pathetic human being. I had made up my mind to switch the loan provider.
But off recent I have come across a professional and prompt employee there Ms. Lavanya, first and foremost she attends the calls (even this was rare at LIC HFL Swargate before), secondly I barely have to visit the branch unless it's an absolute necessity, so far she has resolved all the queries efficiently. Well done!

Worst service at all these people slower than tortoise well if you don't have any work just want to do timepass here is the place you will get whole loan process within one year well till time your property might sell someone else
Why this office is still working i don't understand if you guys not able to sanctioned the loan why you wasting time for others,
My loan process took 4 month's still waiting for disbursement.
I don't have any words to you people

You cannot get your work done. No Communication with the internal team.
Yell at customer. They expect to connect to other branch and get the work done. It been already a month My LOD is not preocessed. After accepting the money and one month gross, they are saying connect to your home branch with UNPROFESSIONAL way with high tone. Take loan from anywhere but don't go to this branch.
