★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located well at MMTC colony in Visakhapatnam. Developed by LIC in a well planned manner with enough greenery space. There is no parking issues as well since every flat is allocated parking lot in their respective block. Inner roads of rhe this colony is also BT Roads. The only drawback is there is no enough security though security guards were deputed. The reason behind this is the guards will never question any strangers and just allows the vehicles of any visitors. This issue should be addressed yet.
