★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service is provided by MTNL in my area. I went there for braodband connection and it took then 2 weeks for getting it approved. And after that they want me to bribe them when they came for installation by saying "kuch meetha toh hona chahiye nayi cheez pr". And when I gave them piece of sweet they said we meant money. Such disgrace.
And 60% times connection is down and Internet isn't working.
Seriously I've no words to describe their services.
