★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearly a decade old LIC branch office, offering all the services for existing policy holders as well as to new policy seekers.
The staff is very polite and efficient.
The only problem with this office is the lack of parking space. The office is located in a building right beside Nagar Road at Viman Nagar corner above Kothari wheels on 4th floor. This building is flanked on 2 sides by phoenix mall and on the other 2 sides by very busy roads. As such there is no parking space for 2 or 4 wheelers, anywhere near the office for at least 1 Km. The nearest parking facility is roadside in Viman Nagar.

I visited branch for some work. Initially one staff member asked me to submit required documents to counter. After waiting for 2 hours Staff member at counter told me to visit home branch (Nagpur) for my work with 5-6 documents. I told that person that another staff member asked me to submit documents in this branch only but he didn't agreed. Both staff members were contrading with each other. After some time they both said that since my LIC branch is Nagpur, they cannot handle my request in Pune.
When I reach Nagpur branch, Nagpur branch staff memeber were very co-operative. They asked me only 2 documents & my work was done in 15 seconds. When I told that I came from Pune for such small work they were surprised that Pune branch staff were not able to handle such simple request. They said Pune branch should have accepted my documents and should have done required process.
