Question. I had visited the place to update my bank details. They provided a form to fill and asked me to submit. Nothing was mentioned in the form as what to attach with it. When I filled and tried to submit, they asked for cheque. Left the queue and got the cheque leaf arranged. When resubmitted, they asked for id proof Xerox. Again left the queue and got id xeroxed. When submitted they checked the system at that point and told me no need to submit as the updates are already available in their system. They could have told me in the first place. Unnecessary they wasted 3 hours of my time. They should be a little sensible and logical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Beliaghata Branch of LICI. Here you can do multiple things like; paying policy premium, submitting maturity claim, life certificate etc. Staff are amicable.
