★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cash counter people are extremely slow... Inspite of no rush of public to finish a particular premium payment transaction the person took almost one hour plus...
Would request the concerned persons to look into this n sort out the issue... Many customers including me were dissatisfied+ waste of time
Also no social distancing maintained...from no rush to full rush it occurred due to slow work practice
