Either they don't know how to use mail or not want to work.
Your work can be completed by them if you personally visit office and request you everybody " Sir, Please give me quote , Sir Please give me Receipt , Sir Please give me Policy copy "
Is it necessary to personally visit LIC in this pandemic ???
