β β β β β Went there just to ask them if dob can be updated at non-home branch.. for that they made me travel to 3 counters.. waited almost 20 mins just to hear a no.
What a waste of time.

Office is always overcrowded and people keep searching which window to go and what papers to submit.
I closed my all policies due to bad experience. Went to branch manager to take sign as witness since I was not knowing that so many forms to be filled and witness needed.
He asked why I am closing policies and I said due to pathetic experience of ΰ€ΰ€²ΰ€ΰ€―ΰ€Έΰ₯ services.
He asked did Exit interview happened since you are closing policies? I said No, in fact no one asked me Why I am closing policies.. He laughed and simply signed as witness, I found him helpless like.
Anyway bye bye LIC forever
