Now Nivan Mall is open in ground floor, so you can have some shoping and evening outing also here. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overcrowded parking packed with twowheelers. Office is on first floor. Almost crowded on most of the days. Waiting area and whatever seating facilities available for customers is occupied by visiting agents specially newbies. Don't ask about Washroom/ Urinals. Visit those and probably you will catch somekind of UTI. In simple words big, haphazard, hocus pocus, crammed to the brim place without much facilities. Can't call this office customer oriented, no way. Icing on the cake is customers. customers are so sheepish that they don't dare to raise a voice. Employees think that they are doing favour to customers by disposing their work. What a place? Whole place could be used for case study by different Departments dealing with Public area Sanitation (स्वच्छ भारत अभियान), Consumer rights, Office Management, Floor flow Management, Customer Service etc. Oh the list will go on. Enough, in nutshell "this place stinks in all manner".
