★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take both cash and card. But they close counters exactly at lunch hour 1.30 pm. So visit early to avoid queue and inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office is located on the way from Governor house to Gopabandhu square, Bbsr. Parking spaces for car and bike available. Staffs are approachable and well-behaved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been there to deposit my insurance premium The staff members were not friendly. The agents were creating problems for the customers.They were interrupting the queue.Some people were depositing money from back side of the counter which further delayed the people in the queue.

One can deposit insurance renewal premium here ,aslo Insurance related problems can be solved here. Centrally located,one of the most busiest office throughout the year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not al all friendly staffs. No proper signage. You would have to run from one person to other to get the job done. Parking is a problem during office hours.
Though the madam at front help desk is very humble and kind but few staffs at 1st floor are pathetic. They even dont tend to response to ur query well.
Front desk at 1st floor is very pathetic.
