★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at this lic branch was far better than the government offices. The staff here helped me in my problem, for what i was there. They helps in each possible way.
As i reached, i approached a random staff member for my issue. She told me to meet the desired person on first floor. Another staff member quickly jumped throgh a bundle of papers to find mine and quickly told me to attach the required documents, i went and took print out from outside and i was done in less than 5 minutes.
The one star deducted is for the infrastructure and improper gate opening and closing time.
Everything is fine expect these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LIC is an overrated institution. This particular branch is no different. There is no sense of a service provider. The person in-charge of attending visitors was busy on calls with family and admonished me for not being in the queue, when actually I was first and had been waiting patiently. The information requested was provided as a favour.
It seems that only agents can get your work done here. And here I was trying to help a poor illiterate man from a village whose agent had been siphoning off his money for last 6 years.
LIC - I am not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its the main branch of Life Insurance Corporation of India located at Sec. 44.
The building is like typical government bulidings in india. Staff are supportive however some staff has that typical government employees attitude of ignorance.
Praking space is very less however nearby paid private parking space is available.
