★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have any issue related to insurance, you need to go LIC office . But LIC office is a very crowded place and no proper care of customer/people..(poor management)
As an example if you have to pay your premium then you need to wait in que for more than an hour.. some staffs are very rude ...They need to learn from private sectors like ICICI Bank
