I had been ordering from Licious for last 1year , But never face the troubled in service that i faced today . Ordered 2 portion of fish and it even after 100 mints the delivery guy was not able to delivery , he was not aware of the route , even for last 1 year i am availing the service . found the delivery person unprofessional and very casual way to handle customer. The wait for 2 hours was waste. Who is responsible for your delay why you hire untrained manpower only because they are not familiar with the road and no commitment. You are positing your raw meat will take 2 hours to deliver why so long in two hours you can reach from one part of the Bangalore to other . This problem need to be address you need to check whats going wrong in your system and quality of service need to improve .

Worst experience, at three times. No proper response, no in time delivery, not able to supply the items which are ordered. They will reject the orders after reaching the delivery slot timings. No body will respond even from Customer care side. My advise to customers don't expect in time delivery & proper response if there any delivery issues.

My order supposed to be delivered between 7pm to 9 pm but got a call at 8.30 saying we can’t deliver it as the package got damaged … this is not acceptable… Never faced this kind of issue from fresh to home …avoid licious

Everything got doubly expensive in last 6-8 months period. Offers/deal does not really make any sense. Previously I was a regular buyer , Now recently stopped buying from them.... Ex: Whole chicken with Skin for 1.1 Kg - 359/- which you get around 240/- in other platforms with a better quality... Too much commercialization damaged them too badly...

The Licious back-end support team does not have any chillpad or thermal bag to maintain cold chain products while in delivery. Also, they send stock with 1 day expiry, which they used to have 3-4 days of shelf life earlier. They need to indicate expiry date in the app itself instead of sending near expiry stock to customers. Such an unethical act will create mistrust among customers for the highly promoted brand.

Bad experience with Licious, firstly they rescheduled the order since I couldn’t pickup the call from unknown number, as my office meeting has started. But responded with call me later message. After calling the person later, He gave some lame ? excuses. Then they delivered incomplete order and marked it as complete in the App. The items received are not in best conditions. Such a bad experience ordering with #licious after a gap. The experience with them used to be good, something happened. But now need to look for alternatives. But today I ordered again, as 2nd chance post the last incident. The delivery was before time with no calls involved, but the delivery person was drenched in rain ?. Thank you ?

Horrible experience ordering today from Coimbatore. Ordered for 2 chicken cutlets and 1 chicken wings. Delivered with old products with use by date Jan 15 2022. Use customer service & product quality team. The person who spoke to me from the quality team at Bangalore did not even know where Coimbatore is. Had to Google to find out..... Licious get your act right and ensure use by date is mentioned in the order. Refund my money and get your delivery agent to take back the order.

I wanted to report about quality of eggs. Yesterday I had ordered a pack of 30 classic eggs (B.No- A 2207) and out of them, one egg was rotten when it was boiled (photos are attached).Please maintain the proper quality check before delivering any product to the customer.
