As per my view complete mis-management is observed at Hospital.
Review: Apart from the first day, not able to meet Child Doctor even once and no guidance provided physically by the Doctor, call are being ignored by Admin department, no seriousness is their as Baby are crying but Admin team not able to timely informed the same to us, Admin team is not aware about the charges, procedure, other details and in each expect every process is delayed, the charges displayed are different but when the bill came it is not mentioned anywhere and not informed in advance. Looking into services, only money oriented is observed .
Pro: Few NICU staff Nurses is really good and understand their job and responsibility very well. They have taken care of Baby very well.
Request the Hospital Management to do needful for the improvement of same as if proper response is not made then it may cause problem to concerned patient. This hospital is near to our Home and we have lot of expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is more of a business then it is about care of patient. I had gone to see a general physician for viral fever. The administrative staff was quick to make the slip and get the payment, then had to wait for more than an hour just bcz doc has not even arrived at the hospital. On enquiry, rather then giving me straight answer, we're just giving googlies.
Highly unprofessional behaviour and no care for patient.
Moreover they were audacious enough to offer me to see a doc who was not a general physician!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you enter the hospital it looks clean and sanitised , they assign you a doctor but doesn't know even the doctor is there or not , I had high fever and they told me to wait in OPD 1 to get checked by the doctor .15 minutes later I have contacted reception that doctor is not there and they said he is coming. Another 15 passed and I asked again to which they said he is in emergency duty and will be available soon. I went to emergency and asked about the doctor although doctor wasn't there but they said he is coming. After 45 of waiting in pain I contacted the administration and the doctor wasn't even in the hospital as they called. And said he is coming from sector 1. Didn't had the audacity to apologise for the time waiting but just said wait for 15 minutes he is coming. If you look at the price at which they provide medicines it's double from the normal shop.
A big beautiful building doesn't make a great hospital , the doctor and nurses make that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I admitted my father in this hospital in April for covid treatment and it was the worst decision but they are having a ball by milking money from people coming from other states. Mr Jale is the most arrogant person I have ever seen, I hate to say that he is a doctor as he doesn't even know how to talk, in fact the whole staff except Dr Bhuria is like that. They are perfectly ill-mannered and you have to check their mood all day so that they can provide an update to you about the patient. Mr Jale just shoo me away when I went to ask the status of patient as if I am asking for charity.
They will do not tell you anything about the treatment which they are providing and you have to chase doctors all day to get an update. They are having housefull due to the current covid situation otherwise I will not recommend this hospital to anyone. Simply avoid.
