Such a useless agent. He and his colleague don't even know how to talk. At the time of help, his reply is like we don't know you or you have to do it by yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap agent. He is not professional and just making money. Only suggesting the plans which benefit him(which give him high commission) not giving us the plan which benefits us. And more importantly, at the time of mediclaim settlement, he is behaving like he doesn't know us. At that crucial time, we have to run here and there, he is not helping for any settlement then what's his need. I suggest everyone to look for good agent. There are many in the market. Don't fall in his trap.
