★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service.The staff does not answer the queries.They have hired agents who do their loan work & later on after availing the loan if you have any problem & approach the staff regarding any issue in service which was committed by the person who had availed the loan they say that he is not their employee...but while giving the loan they will not tell you because they want the business...Not trustworthy in terms of explaining to clients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All who felt lic is good has changed there loan to some other bank. I had opted for for loan which has fixed rate for 3 yrs. wasted so much money by trusting them. In fixed rate you cannot switch your home loan and even repayment cannot be done. So once you take it you are trapped for that time period. Overall really bad experience and lost trust on lic name itself. So I surrender my lic policies as well. Go for SBI maxgain and don't waste your. money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience, got sanction within 2 days from documents submission and also get the disbursement within 4 days really exciting . This is one of the best financial experience ever I have enjoyed in my life. The all staff members specially Mr.Ashutosh has served the best servicing while I was processing my home loan. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever go for LIC Home Loan - I am frustrated with LIC HFL home loan service, one of my demand released by builder has not yet processed in last 7 weeks now and builder has imposed late payment charges even though there is delay from LIC HFL.
It is worst and pathetic LIC HFL Process.
