★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give negative coz the don't deserve even a single star. Pathetic experience, messy environment, totally unprofessional employees, rude attitude, mannerless behaviour. Everything was so so bad. Moreover a staff started barking at me on a simple question of where to receive my documents!! I almost lost my cool and was about to give him a befitting reply but then somehow I maintained my dignity. I walked away and handed the documents to my agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't guide me as expected, they give me the direction from one table to another table. But ultimately when I'm in final queue, the chair person told me to bring the aadhar card xerox copy for KYC, which is not mentioned in the NEFT mandate form. So after spending 1 and 1/2 hours there, I had to leave the office without any service. It's really unfortunate for me.
