★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been purchasing medicines from Dum Dum branch for more than 2 years and witnessed the laid back attitude of the staff. Have watched the staff members behaving rudely with many customers but did not experience anything bad personally until today when they refused to provide me a very important medicine for my aged mother. I had the prescription but they made a point that it is dated prior 3 months. I requested them to give me the medicine as it was urgent. But they misbehaved with me and asked me to visit a doctor, acquire a latest prescription and then come to buy the medicine. I was stunned by their rudeness and arrogant attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I would like to say it is a worst shop in entire Dum Dum. They behave very rudely to customers even senior Citizens ??. They also dont have proper medicine. No surgical medication or ever bandages they don't have . Date expiry tablets stored in their . And they cheat customers by giving discounts upto 20%, actually they give 5% discount on very rare medicines if customers paying by their card.
