★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased Elica hob from this seller , it got damaged in 7 days and seller refused for a replacement even though he sold me a damaged product .
Elica is probably one of the worst kitchen equipment manufacturing unit in India . We purchased Elica hob and within one week due to their manufacturing defect , our product got damaged . While making tea , there was literally a blast sound and the hob glass shattered into pieces as shown in picture . The company is non cooperative and refused a replacement for the product . Elica is not a safe brand at all , do not purchase any Elica product if you care about safety of your loved ones .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We faced so many problems after buying a chimney from here. On the date of delivery (according to their convenience by the way) they sent the heavy product and it’s pipe with one delivery boy in a taxi. The carton was opened as they said they couldn’t fit it in a taxi. After taking down the box somehow my father had to pick it up from the other side as it was so heavy from the gate of our housing society to the 1st floor of our apartment which is quite a distance for lifting such delicate and heavy items. Such mismanagement and no appropriate response when we conveyed this to the owner of the store. All this during Covid-19. He left the product at our flat and another installation person came the next day again all alone.
If we have to give ourselves service after buying then what’s your role? Business does not end after buying and paying.
Pathetic service. Mismanagement and highly unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered one Bosch 4 burner GAS hob on 11.09.2021 and paid full amount including Rs. 300 for delivery, but its been 13 days I have not received the item, after several call today shop owner asked me to come and collect the item or wait some more days to get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased an Elica Chimney. It's been a month, they have not delivered the product. I have already paid the down payment and the EMI are being charged from my bank account. Yet I have not got the product delivered. Half of the times they don't answer your call, every day they lie promising delivery in the upcoming 2 days. They are a fraud company. Please please don't go to their store. I am helpless and now I don't know how to get my product. I am planning to lodge a file a police complaint.
If u do not want to be harrassed in the same manner. Do not go to their store. It's my humble request
