★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad in taking back medicine. Taking medicine from past 3 years but this time when we had many medicines to change, these people don't respond. All bills are present and also the medicine are not expired. Still they do not change and show lot of delays that they say we can't change as it's older than 3 months. Where do we sort out our matter? Is there any senior person who actually resolves customer issues? Do they care? I will make sure you don't get any new customers from our side now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely dissatisfied with their services. Unprofessional team. I am a heart patient and medicines are an important part of my life now. You can't rely on them for delivering their medicines. I took their lifetime membership and I was promised some discount on the medicines. But what's the use of the discount when they are not delivering the medicines at all. Better rely on the local chemist shops. Their customer care service is pathetic as well, and always gives false promises.

I rejected the offer at Rs. 599 when I was informed the same offer at Rs.299 had expired. Then It was clarified to me that Rs. 599 was for 2 people and the same services would be given at Rs. 299 for 1 person. I accepted and confirmed Hb1ac was covered. The report did not cover Hb1ac. They said they would check the recording but did not revert. CHEATS!

Also my mobile number and reports shared on a app which is owned by some other company

In my views services are not up to t he mark . Please aware .

1 Fake customer care no.
2 No response from Sample taker person
3 They told u to give report in 1 day but You will get report in 3 to 4 day. Even no one will give u any response .
4 no one will pick your phone
no response from watsaap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this lab is worst while selling their test package they were so polite and promise the doctor consultations as well for free but after when I got my report they don't even pick up my calls, their customer service team is so rude... they don't have any professional behaviour for their customers.
They didn't fulfil their promise for the free consultation and now I doubt if the reports were real or they just copy-pasted.
I will not at all recommend this lab.
